. . . AND THE SAGA CONTINUES -- HISTORY

. . . And The Saga Continues came together in late 1999 with Steve on
guitar, Fridge on drums, Jonah on bass, and Chris on vocals.  We began
playing shows around Montreal and recorded the 13 song 'Braust Till You
Die' cassette with Ron Battistuzzi of Death Boat in our practice space.
In the Summer of 2001 we left on a 2 and a half week east coast U.S. tour 
with Chris leaving the band shortly before, and Jonah taking over on vocals.
When we returned home, we began writing new songs in style and
substance, and began working on a new, louder, heavier sound. That winter
we recorded the 16 song 'Sinister 3' CD with Radwan Momneh formerly of Ire
and The Black Hand which we put out independently.
We continued to play shows around Quebec and Ontario. In late 2003 we 
recorded the 'You Can't Stop The 3rd' CD with Rene Garcia of The Brains and
Vulgar Deli which was released on Contempt For Humanity Records.  In June
we did a tour of the Maritimes with label mates Hands of Death.  Throughout
the following months we continued to play countless shows across Quebec and 
Ontario.  
We then finished recording 31 songs with our good friend Ron at Le Beatbox 
Studio. Five of the songs appeared on our split 7" with Hands of Death which 
was released in November 2004.  Another track was used for a Dare To Care 
records compilation. We then took off for a 3 week tour of the Maritimes, Quebec
and Ontario which was awesome. Our 20 song 7 inch entitled "Ferocious"
was released on August.5th 2005 on Fuck The Bullshit records, in which we did a
3 week tour in support of. More shows followed, then more new songs.
Various compilations have also been released (check the music section)
featuring un-released material as well as taking part in the "What Is Indie"
documentary, and a soon to be released book on independent music & labels.
November.11th saw the release for our newest and best record to date.
"Making Enemies & Burning Bridges" 49 songs strictly on wax. The way it should
be. The record is by far one of my best accomplishments in life, and hope you'll
check it out! In September of '09 we'll be celebrating our 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!
